The Fynbos Trail was established by Sean and Michelle Privett and is run from Witkrans Farm, a member of the Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy. Sean has a Masters Degree in Botany and they both have an enormous passion for fynbos and its conservation. Sean's broad knowledge of the Cape flora, dedication to its conservation and passion to share his knowledge with others, has earned him a reputation both locally and internationally as a leader in developing practical, fynbos conservation initiatives.
